Refund policy

Consumers have the right to return or exchange most products within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, in original condition, and with original packaging, according to the Consumer Protection Law. Defective items are generally returnable within 30 days. Refunds usually exclude shipping fees and can take 3–15 days to process.
